We recognize that the most important part of our company are its people, and we spend important resources and efforts to improve our workers lives by caring for their health and providing much needed training programs.

Some of the initiatives implemented directly by Agrupamarca include:

• Providing free annual health checks for our temporary workers
• Organization of training programs to improve the alphabetization of our workforce
• Undertaking of fund raising activities for the local community initiates.
